One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one KK11 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided and the balance may be withheld pending review.

Bonuses Come with Wagering Requirements

All KK11 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each offer is stated on the promotion page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being removed from your account.

Withdrawals Go to Your Own Account

Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and KK11 ("KK11", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of kk11.io and all services provided through it.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet on KK11, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside KK11's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and KK11.

KK11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the KK11 platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use KK11, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be accessing KK11 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a KK11 employee or contractor.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from KK11 under any prior account.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or closure. 3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one KK11 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. KK11 uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations and will close any additional accounts found, voiding any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. KK11 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your KK11 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. KK11 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

  • Report any suspicious activity on your account to KK11 support without delay.
4. Deposits and Payments

KK11 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile payment platforms in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. KK11 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Deposits are credited to your KK11 account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 10 minutes, contact KK11 support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

KK11 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with bKash, Nagad, or Rocket directly for their current fee schedules.

  • Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (subject to your payment provider's limits)
  • Deposits are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.
  • KK11 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

KK11 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Any deposit that KK11 reasonably suspects to be connected to illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation. KK11 will cooperate fully with any relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority in such cases.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from KK11 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. All withdrawals must be made to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name. KK11 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, KK11 may require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID. Verification is a one-time process and is required to protect your account and comply with KK11's regulatory obligations.

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
  • Maximum single withdrawal: ৳100,000
  • Standard processing time: within 15 minutes for verified accounts
  • Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • KK11 does not charge withdrawal fees

Withdrawal requests may be delayed if your account has an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, if your account is under review, or if KK11 requires additional verification documents. In such cases, KK11 support will contact you directly with details of what is needed.

KK11 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that follow unusual account activity patterns. This is a standard compliance measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

KK11 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first deposit on KK11 are eligible for the welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is a 200% match on the first deposit up to ৳10,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Rules:

  • Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
  • KK11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — may result in the bonus being voided.

KK11 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to investigate any account where bonus abuse is suspected. Players found to be abusing the bonus system may have their bonuses voided, their accounts restricted, or their withdrawals withheld pending review.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on KK11 — including Fortune Tree, Water Polo, Tower, Cocktail Nights, Monster Fight, and Demon Hunter — use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by bet size, account history, previous results, or any other external factor.

KK11's RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and that the stated return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate. RTP information for individual games is available on the respective game pages.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — KK11 will resolve the situation in accordance with the following principles:

  • If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.
  • If a game round has been completed and the result recorded before the fault occurred, the recorded result stands.

KK11 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that results in an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KK11. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

  • Registering more than one account on KK11.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Using KK11 for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in KK11's platform.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with KK11's games or platform.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Abusing the bonus system in any way, including through coordinated multi-account play.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing KK11 staff or other players.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

KK11 takes all reports of prohibited conduct seriously. If you suspect another player of engaging in any of the above activities, please report it to KK11 support at [email protected]. All reports are treated confidentially.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

KK11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if KK11 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to provide requested verification documents within the required timeframe.
  • Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
  • Player request for self-exclusion under KK11's Responsible Gaming policy.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, KK11 will contact you at the email address registered to your account with details of the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve it. If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld subject to the outcome of KK11's investigation.

10. Privacy and Data

KK11 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on KK11, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

KK11 uses your personal data to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the KK11 platform. KK11 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

  • Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
  • Losses caused by your own internet connection or device issues.

KK11's total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the incident. Nothing in these Terms limits KK11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

KK11 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, KK11 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of KK11 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using KK11 and contact [email protected] to close your account and arrange the return of any real-money balance.
